When your own collection methods have failed to secure payment, you can simply enter the details and we will prepare and mail a letter to arrive with your customer the next working day, requesting the cash you are owed.

The letter advises your debtor that if payment is not made within 14 days they run the risk of being placed on the e-bcm Debtors List, which is visible to all our subscriber. This action would inevitably have an adverse effect on their ‘credit rating’ and is a powerful encouragement to pay you first, if they have the ability to do so.

The final demand letter includes first class recorded delivery and the option to Name & Shame. A copy of the letter is stored for your reference and by clicking on the Track & Trace link will take you to the Royal Mail website in which you can view the proof of delivery. This information is available for a period of 12 months.
